According to EB GAMES, Activision has been working on another release of CoD2.  This one given the Game of the Year treatment.  What does this mean?  Here's my guess:

 

-All bug fixes and patches already applied.  No need for download.

-Fancy packaging with a more robust manual.  Most likely, we'll see bio's on all the playable soldiers.

-All "soon to be released" downloadable maps already on this disc.

 

This is just my educated guess.  :)
